"Had Conserva Irrigation of Ann Arbor coming to my house for an assessment of sprinklers problem. The crew was polite and provided a detailed explanation about the necessary repair - they also informed I would receive a $75 invoice for their visit and later an estimate for the repair. However I received a charge $200 for their visit: $75 for the service call and $125 for their labor. I called their office to better understand the reason for the $200 and I was attended by a lady who was very rude and unable to provide an explanation... and hang up on me during the conversation. Nobody should be treated like this... especially a potential customer."

"Hired Mower Doctor a couple of weeks ago to replace a belt on my Cub Cadet tractor. They were timelyonly a few days between the time I set up appointment and them coming out) and Liam called and told me the what was going on. They took payment over phone & my former repair place had me on a long waiting list.
