"Ricardo called me back immediately and set up and appointment to come out that day. We had recently purchased the home and the irrigation system had not been used in years. His estimate was very reasonable to repair and modernize the system. He offered to complete the job that day, but I defered until the next day. The next day he and his crew showed up on time and comp1eted the job that day, in spite of a couple of surprises (one of my zones was actually in my neighbor's yard, omg). The next day, he called me because I had overpaid him (entirely my fault). He refunded the overpayment promptly. I truly appreciate this contractor's, honesty, timeliness and competence."
