"They worked around my schedule to deliver the product even though it was just a small quantity of sand 4 tons. I will use them for all my future hauling needs."

Small jobs welcome

"I finally found a company that has excellent customer service, communication and outstanding workmanship! I had called for a very fast turnaround in timing for handymanâ s projects around house. They did not disappoint by replaced toilet, finished and fixed unfinished flooring, fixed bathroom exhausted fan and installed new outside lighting. I have to also mention not just handyman work but I appreciated the knowledge on educating me on household safeguards. I am hiring again very soon. Thank you!"

Hi, I’m a reliable and hardworking handyman with years of hands-on experience helping homeowners get things done right the first time. I’m currently transitioning off active duty military service, and I bring that same discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic into every job I take on. I offer a wide range of services including home repairs, installations, maintenance, and small renovation projects. Whether it’s a quick fix or a bigger job, I take pride in quality work and making the process easy and stress-free for my customers.

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"

"We used this company before and they did a good job.  This time a good job was done as well.... <br /> HOWEVER, the light box we wanted above the far end of the kitchen was cut in the wrong place and it would not have allowed for the cupboard doors to be opened.  Worker offered to put in a can light which did not make sense as we already had a light over that area.  After explaining again what we wanted and showing the light we had which covered three feet of that area a new hole was cut and the old one patched.  The problem was with the billing- we were charged to fix their mistake.  That was sooooo wrong to me that is the same as theft! <br />"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Farnhamville, IA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
