They began and finished the project in the promised time frame. When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! I would hire him again for any project that we are working on! (His team did demolition of 700sqft, framing, insulation of cinderblock walls, textured and smooth sheetrock installed and finished.)"

The job included a complete rewire of the kitchen/dining room, moving plumbing, adding insulation and new drywall, tearing out the floors down to the subfloor, new French doors, the list goes on. They did so very quickly to avoid any more water damage to the house interior. They even came on a Saturday with a crew of 4 to make the house weather tight again before more rain the next day. I really appreciate the fact that the roof was applied within a week of the damage and the cost was totally within the estimate of the insurance adjuster. I would definitely call Weather Proofing Experts again if I need more roof work."

"I had a very difficult door lock problem that I couldn’t solve. (I am a mechanical engineer and figure I can fix anything.) I was stumped on this one. This guy comes in and tackles the problem and tangles with it till he fixed it with me looking over his shoulder. He is not the guy who looks at a problem and runs if it is not typical. He will stick with job until done. Then he went and fixed a couple of doors that didn’t line up just right. He did it quickly and had all of the right tools."
