The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). "The men were on time as the said they would be. They wasted no time and were on the roof immediately removing old shingles and two layers of old felt, replaced the vents and bad wood and found more that I didn't know was bad and replaced all of it and painted all of the vents to match with the shingles. They did clean up all of the debris and nails and put it in a dumpster. They ran a magnet around the house to get old nails that may have fallen. Because of all the nails in the old felt, I did find some on the ground with a magnet I ran around the perimeter after they left. All and all they did excellent work and I am pleased. I would definitely recommend your company to other customers."
