"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. "I needed a roof repair and found NMTI-General Construction on Angie's List. From day one, Project Managers, Juan and Ramon provided me with exemplary service. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. I would highly recommend NMTI-GC to anyone needing home repairs or renovation. Juan, Ramon and their team are professional, prompt and courteous. "Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "We had an excellent experience having our roof redone. Ray assisted us with a fantastic layout, and everything stated was accomplished. With the installation, the workers did an excellent job representing the company. We would strongly suggest them to anyone seeking a new roof."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

He was informative and helpful. Not a hard sell at all. Quickly emailed an estimate for both jobs. I thought the price was good on both. I went with the patch repair and a month later it was completed. They even were good at cleaning up and looking for dropped nails."
