Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. Will consider hiring again for future projects."

They worked with my general contractor coordinating the installation to meet critical deadlines as part of constructing an addition on to our home. Curtis kept me informed through the entire process. They provided us a contract up front, disclosing all of the important details. They also have provided great support on all of our questions after the job was complete. A few year's ago following a very bad wind storm, we had a large branch fall and damage our roof! They came out very quick and fixed the problem with no evidence that it ever even happened. I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Glad to have a dry garage and no leaks in the house. THANKS IDEAL ROOFING!!"
