"I hired Grey Wolfe Construction to repair water damaged framing and to remodel the bathroom afterward, which included shower/floor tile, drywall, paint, and vanity install. Andy and Tuan did quality work on every part of the project and made sure to check in with us regularly to make sure everything was how we wanted it. There were a couple of times where the materials I picked out were oddly sized or not typically used for what they were doing and they let me know so that I could choose better suited materials instead of just installing what I originally had selected which I really appreciate."

"As far as I can tell they did a good job of removing the mold and drying out the area, but I can only see the above floor part not the crawl space. They did not remove the damaged, moldy siding on the exterior, but I believe they wanted me & my homeowners insurance to make an overall plan to do that part of the remediation before removing part of my siding. They could have provided more information in advance on how the process would go rather than spending so much effort 'making the sale.' Better communication and punctuality would have been appreciated. I don't know that cost of the service yet; I paid them $1000, which is my insurance deductible, and they submitted the rest of the bill to my insurance. I don't know yet if all will be covered."

But we still had leaking after they put tarp. It's very difficult to find a roofing company available this year, especially in winter season. Everyone is busy. I found 1st Choice at Home Advisor. Joe contacted with me quickly. He communicated with me and HOA president very well. He explained the reason we had leaking after we sent him some pictures. Their team visited daily to check progress if drying. Albert was also visiting regularly to inspect work done by his team. Worked with the insurance inspector to resolve issues. Highly recommended. "Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.

The only complaint was the smell but that is part of the process. Should have done more research on Swedish Finish. Quality of the work was outstanding. Floor looks great.
