"The quick version... They knocked it out of the park! Prices were right. Service was exceptional. And, they stepped up when they didn't have to, thus saving the day for us. The longer version... From the start, beginning with the initial phone call, the team at Mr. Plumber were professional, enthusiastic, and helpful. They followed through every step of the way. They were punctual and efficient. And, if all they did were those things, they'd be great and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. But, what's driving me to write this review was that they did something unexpectedly extraordinary. When another contractor was unwilling and/or unable to do a job that was needed in order to continue their installation - and made it clear that under no circumstances would they be responsible - Mr. Plumber stepped up and saved us. They got to our house super fast and got the job done. If they hadn't, I can't even imagine the hassle, headaches, and costs that would have been associated with the other contractor stopping their work that day and returning another. Our kitchen would have been left ripped up and unusable for how long? Thanks to Mr. Plumber, we didn't need to live through that nightmare scenario. I won't be recommending the other contractor, but I will wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone and everyone who will listen. Oh, and they didn't even charge us for the emergency call. Winning! Their prices were perhaps more than fair in our favor. Thanks for everything, Mr. Plumber!"

"We have had two bathrooms remodeled by Matthew Ray Homes and are extremely pleased with the results. We had a smaller bath done first and were so satisfied with the results that we had no hesitations to have Matt block out time in his schedule to have the more complex Master Bathroom remodeled six month later. Matt and his crew proved to be very easy to work with and very competent in the trades they performed. The quality of the work is excellent. While we had a reasonable plan as to what we wanted to have done in both bathrooms to modernize and update them, Matt provided useful suggestions that helped us fine tune the final design in a form constructable for Matt and appealing to us. Having the expectations of what the final product should look and function like prior to any demo work proved beneficial to both Matt and to us. Matt was very helpful in recommending products to be used and assisted in obtaining those we had difficulty in providing. The crews that Matt utilized, whether it be his own people or subcontractors, were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, skilled at their trade, and conscientious to do the job correctly. They all made sure of what we wanted before starting their work, asked questions to confirm what was to be done, identified any issues as they became aware of them, offered solutions as needed, considered our input, cleaned up the job site each day, and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work up to that point. The tile work on the walls and floors was especially well done. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any home remodeling project. Big and small projects are both done professionally and given full attention by Matt and his crew. You will not be disappointed."

"It is done! My rear porch half bathroom. I am very happy with how it turned out. I was told by Dave 6 to 8 weeks and he delivered with Hurricane interruptions and all 29 days of work obviously no weekends and inspections delays but in all 29 days. Very impressed just so you know I have not cleaned the Bathroom or the porch that is how they turned it in. Clean and tidy I actually had my shoes dirty and I scuffed it up you can see the dirt in the bathroom floor. But to the full story Dave showed up when I called and always answered my calls always. I had contractors come in and disappear. This project was held for almost 2 years waiting on a responsible contractor and that is Dave. Other thing he was not the cheapest he was the middle quote, but he answered the phone and always gave me a heads up when he was coming over. Tile work in the bath and the porch ended up great. Again can't be happier to start my outdoor kitchen. Pavers are coming soon for extension of the patio and then the kitchen, meanwhile I'll be using my Smoker and BBQ. Thanks again to all that worked here, but one special shout out to Joe because when you see Joe it means the project is almost done. Looking forward to another project and I know who I'm calling. And I nicknamed Dave (The Best Contractor I know!)"
