"It went great. Two workmen were under the house most of the day, on their backs in the crawlspace. They marked electric lines and pipes on the face of the foamboard, and they used screws for installation so that boards could be removed if necessary for service above them. They were clean, professional, polite and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the work they put in. Description of Work: They installed 1" foamboard on the batt-insulated ceiling of the unheated crawlspace under my house. It reduced drafts substantially in the first floor. "Great Company! I highly recommend PEC if you are interested in upgrading the insulation in your home. They gave a highly competitive bid for adding 10 inches of insulation to my attic and installing a new bathroom exhaust fan. They also vented two bath exhaust fans and one kitchen stove exhaust to the outside. What a difference that has made. Today is a 95 degree day and before the insulation upgrade the Air Conditioner could not keep the inside temperature at a constant 72 degrees and often rose to 75 or higher and the Air Conditioner ran all day long. Today it's 92 degrees outside and the Air Conditioner is seldom running to keep the inside temperature at 72 degrees. The entire team at PEC are wonderful to work with. "Estimate./proposal done by Bryan. Knowledgeable and professional. Did have to reschedule appointment due to equipment problem on a job prior to my estimate. Scheduled the work with office staff (Chris) for a couple of weeks out. Got a call the afternoon before installation that they would need to move to the next day due to having to stop an attic blow in install because of rain. Very apologetic. Bryan and Tammy arrived a bit later than scheduled due to back up at the warehouse where they were picking up the spray foam tanks. Bryan and I walked through the job and made sure we both were fully aligned on the areas to be insulated. Job went smoothly and was done professionally. He did a good job of covering under a bay window to be sure it was fully insulated. Cleaned up the area very well after they were done. They use a fully automated system to schedule and sign off on the contracts. You will need to be somewhat capable technologically through smart phone, tablet or computer."
