They over sold services and every year my lawn had a special disease that needed $$$ buku bucks to treat. After Jim left and started King Green, after the no complete clause time window, I switched to Jim. Guess what, A+++ HONEST TRUSTED SERVICE. Never sold anything never needed!!! My lawn is always deep green, no more diseases or fungus and free re-treat application if lawn didn’t treat to my satisfaction. Jim & Terri take pride in their services and back what they sell with integrity!!! YOU CAN’T GO WRONG!!! I will be a lifetime customer as most houses near mine are too. Switching to them is the best choice you will ever make. Personal, white glove service and a college education in agriculture and lawn care to back it up!!!"

"I had water under furnace. Technician blew out the drain pipe that was clogged. Also topped of the Freon for A/C. Not sure the technician's name but stated number 225 on the work order. Very polite, worked diligently and answered all my questions. I would use D&G again."

"No. I am in Fenton so I am told they have a logistics problem. A new guy started last year. He was poor from the start. He was learning . I asked some questions that he did not know the answer which is ok if your learning so he said he would ask at office and have someone contact me . 3-4 weeks later I still was not contacted because he forgot and he never folliowed up. He covers Fenton. This year he damaged my klawn by not picking upo on insec ts and the so called treatments for crab grass and others never worked in the front lawn so it is rampant. They sent out a manager to a**** and treat but he is not my manager. I told him I did not want Andrew back. His manager--Eric says he would be back. I am cancelling services after Mark fixes the damage Andrew has done. would not trecommend them. Had no trouble with technicians first 2 years. This guy is incompetentn and any company who is forcing someone you don't want and is incompetent and causes damage is a very poor company . A thought if a doctor messed up bad on surgery for you and you wanted a different doctor and they dsaid : no: how would anyone put up with it. I know it is because3 I am a female. They would be kissing my feet if I was a male. If they have a logistics problem that is their problem I am not going to accept inadequate service when I pay like everyone else. So I'll do it this way"

"Just cancelled my services with SavATree. Although I had great service a previous property, I am completely disappointed with the level of service provided. I've spent over $3000 2023-2024, poor communication and then I am blamed that my Boxwoods are invested "because I didn't call" -even though SavATree has been to my property multiple times. Why pay for expertise that is not accountable?"
