"Guyline removed our very old deteriorated cedar fence and replaced it with new fencing. They also replaced the old chain-link gate with a new and much-better designed and functioning one. All work was done promptly, and just as we had discussed despite several problems with the way the old fence had been installed. "Scheduling was difficult. It took weeks for them to respond with a proposal after a big wind storm. That makes sense. But then after I signed the proposal and paid half I still waited a couple weeks and heard nothing. Called and asked about scheduling and was given a day. They did not show up that day. Called back. They showed up two days later. They did a fine job but I had misunderstood the contract I signed, thinking they would be replacing some of the fencing. Instead, one 4 x4 and post bracket and two men's labor for 1.5 hours is costing me almost $800. I spoke with them about this and got a reasonably fair explanation that is the cost for them of arranging their workers and that sometimes this very same job can last 4 or 5 hours. I was disappointed they didn't offer to shave even $100 off the total price, especially considering their poor response time. Will not use them again."

"In the beginning, there was a little problem with vacations and scheduling, but they set a date and it all worked out. They were prepared and had everything they needed and worked diligently setting the posts the first day. They returned when they said they would and finished the fence. They went the extra mile and even pieced some wire together at the bottom of several places so our new puppy couldn't get out. AND no extra charge. They did a good finish job and clean up. I really was surprised how good the end product was and the work, as their bit was about $1,200.00 less than other bids we had gotten. <em> would definitely recommend them!!</em> <br />"
