All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?"
