"I had a hot water line burst earlier this year and, in the time it took for my insurance company to approve my claim, toxic amounts of mold and mildew built up in my crawl space. Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. Within a couple months I was experiencing the same issues and breathing toxic air again. So I did some research and decided to call Voda. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. Highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar situation!"

"I hired this company because when I spoke with them on the phone they said that they would also check out the dryer interior and vent hose. Other companies never mentioned that and I was very interested in making sure that the dryer was free of lint build up in addition to the duct and vent. The rep was friendly, clean, efficient and did a fine job. He mentioned that the hose was not fully sealed to the dryer and he fixed it. Yet, I have never found any lint build up in my laundry room. So, it didn't fully make sense to me. There was additional charge of $49.00 for that. At the same time, they waived the $49.00 service fee when I mentioned the higher price but it seems like they made up for it with the repair to the hose attachment that I'm not convinced we needed. The final cost seemed higher than what the other companies quoted. Our final cost was $440.00. Mixed feelings, honestly."

"Jalil was never on time, allways in a hurry and never got the job done on time. He had to come back several times for the same issue to ged it fixed. He would try to do the job the way he wants it and not the way his customers like it. He does not know how to make his customers happy, it?s all about his pride. He would refuse service if you start asking questions. He won?t give you honest answers and he would tell you to find somebody else to finish his job. Not profesional at all !!!"

"Purchased a new heater 3 years ago, the heater is no longer working they came out said it needed two new parts. This happened on Sunday 11/9. We were told the parts would be here 11/10. That was not the case. When we called they said they would not be here till 11/15. The parts finally arrived and guess what the heater is still not fixed. They stated another part is needed. They said that they would be back 11/18. They did not come back. heater is still not working, and from what we are being told they may not be able to fix it till 11/22. This is ridiculous. It's a new heater we should not have issues like this and the service has been less then par. It's freezing temps have ranged from 18-50 out side. Worst company to work with. Extremely disappointing!! Having to run space heaters to keep from freezing so the power bill will be very expensive. They should be paying for all this extra expense. On top of it we had to purchase the space heaters to just get by. What a joke."

I was not ready for the need of a new dryer hose at a cost of 85.00 nor was I prepared for a 45.00 replacement exterior vent that only costs under 10.00 at Home Depot. The tech broke my vent and told me it wasn’t code, so it needed to be replaced. 314.00 was a bit pricey, but considering the add ons, it all added up."
