"Nathan was able to provide all the work we required in our first round of jobs. He laid engineered hardwood floors in two bedrooms and his attention to detail was perfect. The floors look incredible. He installed overhead storage shelves in our garage and, again, an excellent job. He graciously agreed to a couple of add on jobs and everything he did was professional, quality work. We have a second round of projects that he will be doing and we plan to continue to work with him. Integrity, quality, and reasonable pricing...what more could one ask for?!"

They were able to handle a larger project repairing my outdoor deck as well as smaller interior repairs to drywall and cabinets. "My tenants put a lot of holes in my walls from their tv mounts and a door knob. The drywall repair was completed after the tenants moved out. SWPM provided the vendor and coordinated the service. The work was done efficiently and the final result turned out great. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process and their contractor blended the paint really well with the surrounding area. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would use this service again."
