"Called on 12 JUN 17 at 1405 hrs. Talked with Elisa (sp). Made appointment for service on 21 JUN 17 for estimate of work to be completed. Was informed service tech would be here between 1400 to 1700 hrs. Service tech showed up early, introduced himself as Gordon. Looked at the problem. Was informed the piece would be $15.00 plus the service call fee of $85.00. Told him to proceed with the repair. Completed in about 15 minutes. then leaked checked the system, and adjusted the heads on all the zones as needed. Gordon was very nice, completed the worked in a very timely manner, and did a professional job."
