He did not try and increase his price and did the work for the pre-determined rate. In addition, I had a tv he was supposed to hang that was brand new in the box. When he opened it, he discovered the screen was shattered. I was able to return the tv and he is coming back out on a separate trip to hang it. He has really gone above and beyond. "System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend"

"Contracted with them at the end of December for new entry/storm doors. It'll be a couple months, great, fine. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! Cancelled again! Now April!"
