  The light works.  We are happy with it.
  
  I did not like the way the installation went.
  
  They removed the old light.  This involved unscrewing a couple 
of toggle bolts.  They wanted to go up into the attic and string 
a light in order to find and retrieve the other half of the old 
toggle bolts in order to reuse them.  I said for heaven's sakes, 
use new ones.  So they did.
  The fixture came with two oak wood panels to be attached to the 
ends of the fixture (for the sake of appearances only).  It would 
have been so easy to do this before the fixture was attached to 
the ceiling.  They ignored this step.  Now I have to climb up on 
a step ladder, remove the bulbs, screw on the two panels, and 
replace the bulbs.  They are professionals; I am not; I think 
they should have read the directions and done this step before 
attaching the fixture to the ceiling.
