"Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"Other companies would not call me back because I was not replacing the entire roof. They explained why one side of the bump out had rotted. I was happy with the price quoted for replacing the shingles with a metal that matched the color copper penny roof on out barn. This was a small job but they treated us with respect. Very happy with the result."

"I did not receive any call backs from them. Daniel did not follow up on request for something I would like to be done. After the job was done. I requested his opinion and further photograph. I got no reply. The workers were okay but Daniel was not."

"Called several companies and out of 10 these guys were the only one willing to work me on the schedule the same day. Checked in several times, updating me after they completed other jobs so I could have a good idea of how soon I could expect them. Were very professional and friendly when they arrived. They did not waste anytime! Came in, located the stain, neatly and respectfully brought in their equipment, and completely removed the stain. Pricing was cheaper than the companies that were NOT willing to come the same day.
