"I showed Dustin what I wanted done, he looked it over and gave me a rough estimate. He told me a time he would be here to get started but called in advance to let me know they were "tied up" (very nice of him to do that, instead of me guessing what happened). On the new date he gave me (only a couple of days later) they showed up, completed the excavation, built the forms and told me the concrete would be here the next day. Also, they followed the rough drawing, I gave them, very closely. The concrete arrived when they said it would, they completed the pour, did the finishing, actually removed the forms mere hours after the pour, sealed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Excellent job, looks just as I had envisioned it. Only one complaint... they said they probably won't come back during the winter and shovel the snow off of it every morning. I'm well satisfied."

"Our area has lost power several times during a lightening storm and we need a Generator  for winter emergencies.   <br /> Larry Installed a Whole House Generator for our Home. <br /> I applied for a Permit through my Town-Larry provided me with his previous client photos and Generator Specifications for the Code Officer. <br />  I provided all the materials; except $38.91 worth of materials.   <br /> The Store I bought the Generator from placed it on the concrete pad with their Forklift.  Larry re-wired the transfer switch to the existing service pannell.  He installed all the necessary components for the generator and LP Gas.   <br /> My new propane company installed a new propane tank and trenched a new LP line. <br /> He then returned to test the Generator after The LP Tank & Lines were in place.   <br /> The total time it took Larry to complete the whole project was approximately 21 Hours. <br /> Larry set up and met with a Certified Electrical Inspector for a final inspection.  "

"They were excellent. Dug the foundation, set the cinder blocks, poured the concrete. Built it up from there. Put on the 10x12 addition with 3 windows, 8 electrical outlets, Pergo floor, painting and finishing molding. The owner as well as every one of the crew were respectful and dedicated to doing the job 100%. Even the siding matches! They put up new rain gutters and a new roof over the addition as well. They will come back once the ground thaws after winter to do the landscaping which was included in the price.  We will have them back next year to do some remodeling in the house. "<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Matt, was on time for our initial appointment and the office followed up in a timely fashion with a clearly written detailed estimate.  we hired them to do the work.  They estimated that they would begin the work about mid July.  With the wet spring and their busy schedule, the start of the project was delayed until mid August.  Heather, from their office, was courteous and provided ample communication and was very good about getting back to me when I had a question.  The project was completed and they did a beautiful job. ACP was professional and pleasant.  I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a friend. <br /> <br />"

"We hired Terry Prince Contracting to add an addition onto the back of our house it was a 10x14 foot addition, also hired him to add a french drain system in our backyard as we would get pools of water whenever it would rain hard.  We also decided since we were having all the work done to add new vinyl siding to our whole house. The initial frame work of the addition as well as the foundation I believe  were done well however, things started to go down hill fast from there.  Many of the new dry wall sections still had clumps of dry wall that hadn't been sanded off.  He didn't insulate our water pipes in the attic that he had to run for our new bathroom, He didn't have inspectors come in and OK the work.  It wasn't til it started to rain hard that we realized he not done the drain in the backyard correctly.  He put a pipe in the ground but never covered it with gravel so all the pipes got clogged with mud(which we had to have redone completely).  His time table of when he said he was going to be there and when he actually would show up was never correct.  We also had him run a new electric box and he never labeled them for us.  This was a train wreck from the start. <br /> <br /> <br /> contractor did pull strings to get a hot water tank in.. that was a plus."
