"Knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, friendly and completed install in a timely manner."

"The plumbing installation for the new shower went very well. Our plumbing technician was a journeyman which really gave us confidence that the work would be excellent. The company offers reasonable pricing and was great at helping us figure out the best course of action. I will be working with them again."

"I recently hired Pure Water Services for a series of plumbing issues in our home that we purchased as a short sale and in dire need of repair. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was timely and top-notch! First, they installed a new sink and disposal in our kitchen. The process was seamless, and the plumber was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He walked me through the installation, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction. Next, we had a pesky shower leak that was causing damage to the ceiling below. Patrick quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. I appreciated his attention to detail and the effort to minimize disruption to our home. The leak was completely resolved, and weâ re relieved that further damage was prevented. Finally, we needed the pressure regulator on our sprinkler system replaced after the prior owner failed to winterize the system. Again, Patrick was efficient and thorough and ensured the value and system was functioning properly before leaving. Overall, the professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Pure Water Services were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects!"

"We did experience a bit of a problem reaching James. However, once we were able to arrange for a date and time for Ennis Plumbing to come to our home, the work was done quickly, professionally and for a fair price. We would not hesitate to hire James again for any additional plumbing work."

"Brett is our ‘go to’ plumber! Over the years, he has either fixed or replaced our water heaters, fixed a very leaky toilet- which meant we did not have to replace it, installed a bathroom sink, and even came out for emergency repairs! Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, and another time our water heater had burst. Brett was there for us. He does exceptionally well with repairs, explaining things, clean up, and I’ve never had to call him back for the same issue. When he fixes things, they run well! Brett is very professional and has even left me with helpful tips. Any questions I’ve had on the job, he answered. Look no further! Brett Barton is the best guy for all your plumbing needs!"

"Kyle is a very experienced, honest and fair plumber. The work was done well and efficiently. I would hire him again for any plumbing job in the future. Thanks Kyle!"

"Fixed a leaking faucet in a tub/shower."

"I found Pure Water Plumbing & water Purification, by way of searching on the internet. My Mom always told me to get at least 3 quotes on a job that you are going to pay for. My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. Then because of the way I was looking Lanney of Pure Water gave me a call. He was very knowledgeable and was over $500 less than the 1st quote with the same brand of water heater. Lanny also recommended my getting a ""Scale Reduction System"" installed with the new water heater. By adding that, the water heater doesn't get the build up inside of scale from the hard water here in Englewood. When Lanny was getting ready to leave the supply house to head to my home. He gave me a call to let me know he was about an hour out. Once here, I showed him where everything was and the main shutoff for the home. He and his appr were able to get the entire job done in less time than I thought possible. Afterwards he showed me the completed job and everything was done ""Up To Code"". (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."

"These guys are Amazing...They showed up the very next day to help me out and even when I had a few questions a day or two later they helped me out!!"

"Our Water Heater broke, and Brady was able to help fix our issue in the same day! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful! He ensured we fully knew what happened and what the resolution needed to be. When he was working on installing our new water heater, he was very respectful of our house, and ensured our floors were protected with bringing in the tools and water heater. He was very efficient and ensured our space was up to code with how the water heater was installed. I highly recommended Brady for any of your plumbing needs!"
