"After researching several sites such as this in which customers evaluated their experiences with contractors performing work on the exterior of their houses, I called several of those who had received at least adequate reviews by the majority of those customers who took the time to write one. I met with and explained the project I wanted done to the frontman/salesman of six different companies. The project was the complete residing of my 32 year old two story house with Hardie brand fiber cement board, the removal of a wood shake single roof and gutters and the installation of a ridge vent and a premium impact resistant fiberglass shake look roof and bigger gutters, all of which had to satisfy the Homeowner's subdivision guidelines. Following the discussions and receiving bids from all the companies, I selected Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors as the individual and company that I wanted to do the project for me. I made the selection based on several factors. First, I felt extremely comfortable with Jim and his knowledge of how to achieve want I wanted and the design suggestions he made to make my project more pleasing (and therefore more acceptable ) to my wife and by default to me as well. Secondly, I took his supplied list of former projects and actually went out and looked at them and saw that they had the look that I was hoping for at my residence. Thirdly, he and his company were able to do both the siding and the roofing together while some of those I spoke to could do only one or the other. I knew that they both had to be integrated together to achieve the best result. And finally, he bid each of the jobs individually and the combined cost was well within the range I was prepared to spend. When the work began, it was initially sporadic because of the seemingly constant rain, but the workers were very personable and explained everything about what they were doing and the schedule they were following to get things done. Everything was sealed and weathered proofed at the end of each day in the event of rain during the night and the job site was cleaned each night as well. Jim made regular visits to the job to make sure the work was up to his standard and to entertain any questions or concerns I might have. The coordination between the siding crew and the roofing crew appeared seamless and both crews even worked some weekends to complete their portions of the project. I was pleased and proud of the quality work and the look of my house everyday that I walked around it after the workers left for the day (which sometimes was after dark). Now that the job is complete, I’m extremely satisfied with my project and receive compliments from the neighbors almost every day. Good job to Jim Pull and Premier Exteriors."

"Kent Lorenzen, the owner of Elite Fencing, did an outstanding job.  An example of his professionalism that pleased me was his promptness in responding to my initial request for an estimate. He was willing to work with me in order to design the type of fence that I wanted.  He shared multiple examples via email with me and answered all my questions promptly.  I loved the design that I selected and was so pleased because I had other fence companies tell me it wouldn't work.  Once the design was determined the remaining process went smoothly with excellent communication. I always knew when they would be arriving and exactly what would be done. <br /> The only problem encountered was a delay on the delivery of materials which was not the fault of Elite Fencing; however, when the final bill arrived, he had given me a discount because of the delay.  The quality of the work was excellent, the gates installed are beautifully designed with quality hardware, the cleanup was thorough, and the total project was completed exactly as I wanted.  I am completely satisfied with the appearance of the fence and also with the courtesy displayed by his employees.  Professionalism, integrity, and pride are clearly evident in the work that he did for me. <br />"

"In an nutshell, Jarrod and the Fence Pro's team were amazing. The price was a bit higher than some of the other quotes we got, but Jarrod was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He showed up to work on our fence <b>sooner</b> than he said he would and finished the job exactly he said they would. We even had a few more restrictive conditions for the contract related to completion date and deposit terms that he handled gracefully. He called me when they were wrapping up so I could come take a look and see if we needed them to make any corrections and even discounted the fence when he ended up not using all the materials he thought he would need. And our fence looks amazing, to boot! <br> <br>We had just come off a terrible experience with another fence contractor that was horribly unresponsive and unreliable, so using Fence Pro's to finish the job was a huge stress relief. He put up a 6 feet high fence, gave us the best price, and did it on time when he said he would do it. The quality in their work really stood out and the fact that the fence was perfect that I asked for. We have rescue dogs nailed to the fence and it was imperative that this fence is escape proof.
