"The install went smoothly with little interruptions. Everyone has commented how nice the fence looked and wanted to know who installed it . There are none like it in the neighborhood. We had one small problem with the workers as they had cut through an existing phone line. I had pointed out exactly where the line was prior to the digging but it still had gotten cut. Dave (owner) quickly responded and had come out to patch it and continued with the installation. We have used Dave to install our fencing at our last home and we were so impressed that we hired them again. Not only is this a reputable company but the key is AFTER the sale. A few months after the fence was completed we had a rainstorm and our phone had a terrible buzzing. We called Verizon and they came out to repair it. They found that the patch that Dave had put in failed and they corrected it. They sent me a bill of $167 since it was clear that it was not the phone line. I contacted Dave and he said "send me the bill and I will take care of it". That is the mark of a true professional that stands behind his work. "When I need to replace my wooden privacy fence two years ago, Robert came out and provided a detailed plan for the removal and installation of the new fence. The project was scheduled on my timeline and the guys who did the work were very skilled and had excellent customer service. I have been pleased with the fence since that time but recently need some planks replaced and called Robert. He came out and looked at the fence and within two business days, I had someone at my house replacing the planks and per Robert, no charge. You never get this treatment from any company these days so I will commit to being their customer and continue to recommend this company (and Robert)."

It began with the quote - he gave me the information exactly when he said he'd get it to me while I still haven't heard from other contractors. Leading up to the work, he kept me informed on the status of the permit, supplies, and scheduling. Once the work began, his crew members were friendly and nice. They took exceptional care at getting everything right and the yard was picked up every day after work. The fence is beautiful and extremely well built. "Luis and his crew rebuilt the lamp post in front of our house which had been damaged by a passing driver. They had to completely demolish the existing structure and rebuild it using the old stones but with all new mortar, and now the lamp post looks brand new. This was the second time I have used Luis for stonework (he repaired my flagstone steps in the back yard), and both times I have been pleased with the quality of work.
