"They wanted $420 for a one-hour drain clean out. And that was with a $75 "coupon". Ha! I told them to get lost. With one phone call to another plumber and I found same thing for $150. Roto-Rooter must be a group of lawyers who do plumbing in their free time."

"Rapid Response Plumbing is exactly that and more. I had a issue over the weekend and called frist thing Monday morning. To my surprise someone was at my door by 9:00 a.m. and the problem was completely fixed by 3:00 p.m. the same day. Being a single mother of 3 there is always a fear of being taken advantage of, I absolutely never felt that way with Rapid Response. The team laid out exactly what needed to be done and why.
