"We called Ed soon after we moved into our home, and became aware of multiple issues present within the house. The issues included several cracks in the Concrete Foundation of the Basement, an ongoing problem with High Basement Humidity, cracks and loose mortar around the bricks of the wood burning fireplace, and cracks in the tiling of the Center Hall Foyer. Ed came over right away, was able to measure the level of humidity in the basement walls and floors to determine the severity of the problem. In addition, he was able to point out several major contributing foundational issues. He determined the root cause of these issues and provided a solution that would prevent further damage to the structural integrity of the home. Ed was able to design a plan to correct the deficiencies both inside and outside the home which included insufficient and compromised footings, a sinking foundation, a failing support structure to the basement staircase, improper waterproof coating on the basement floors and walls, and stress cracks in the foundation walls. Ed’s Team worked diligently and installed multiple footings to stabilize the foundation, including rebar, hydraulic cement, wire lathing and titanium strapping to provide maximum support and stability to the foundation of the home and garage inner wall. The team built scaffolding to reach the height of the exterior chimney and rebuilt the compromised chimney footing, cracks in the chimney shoulder, and detached flu. On the inside his mason repaired the facial mortar and gaps between the chimney and the wood flooring. Ed’s Team was in my home for nearly 2 weeks working to correct these serious issues. The amount of digging and handling of heavy construction equipment they had to utilize was massive. They all worked tirelessly and went above and beyond. They were courteous, productive, and did not impact my daily activities of life during that time. They meticulously cleaned all the areas and left no debris. We were so pleased with their attitude and work ethic. Ed is knowledgeable, meticulous, patient and great at what he does. "Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

Due to weather over the years and not being properly sealed, it started to fall apart. Anthony came, viewed my project, and then emailed me a quote which was better than I had thought possible. The team of installers showed up every day promptly and while parking on my block was tight with the pallets of materials and trucks they did their best to minimize the disruption to my neighbors. The paver work, including the inlay and border pavers, was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A few minor hiccups occurred which is normal for a job this size but all were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. "we called ageless as we were having a pool installed and needed pavers installed for the patio and around the pool. They did that and more with pilar’s for waterfalls, all new steps from the entrance to the house, all new dry wells in stalled and a beautiful outdoor kitchen with all the bells and whistles. all that along with laying new sod mulch and over a dozen green arborvitae’s to make our back yard a paradise. They told us start to finish 14 days and finished all within 12 days. Anything that need touching up they came back promptly and addressed it right away. We are extremely happy with how our backyard turned out and would recommend them for use and will be using them again in the future!!!"

"Could have been better. I guess it all comes down to 'you get what you pay for'. Contracted Forte to install pavers over existing patio, add two corner seat/benches, a step-down & additional new patio. Plus new front walk-way & paver borders along drive-way. The patios & walk-way came out great, but the seat/bench area was disappointing. I thought it was going to be constructed of all pavers, but due to budget he suggested it be built w/cylinder blocks & covered. (I thought w/the pavers) but they used a cement compound & gave it a "stucco" look & then painted it (I Hated that). I guess I should have been more explicit what I wanted, but again budget was main concern. My biggest issue was the cylinder block/stucco sides of bench kept leaching a white residue. I called them back about this. They did come & re-stuccco & paint, but it happened again. Another call & another return/repair, but when it happened on 3rd time, I just figured no matter how many times they come & re-stucco/repaint, this will keep happening. I was told by another masonry , that this is an inherent problem the cylinder blocks. The entire bench would have to re moved & re-done w/ all pavers. We figured he's want to charge us for the new benches, so we're just living w/it. Sad :("

"I reached out to John in June of 2016 for an estimate on the total re-pavement of the front of my house, my backyard and partial driveway. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty at that time (he did not insist on any money upfront--said to pay at the end of the job) as well as the decent quote he gave on the whole job. Unfortunately, timing was off; busy season, weather too hot (mid summer) and then by fall other things came up and I shelved the work until the spring. Once spring 2017 rolled around, I got some other estimates but remembered John and dug up his initial estimate and phoned him to come back and resurrect communication. He came by straight away and we resumed our discussions. Bad luck had hit us again this year with weeks of continuous rain and other issues, but I/we stuck it tenaciously through and he finally came by in mid-June and did the job flawlessly! His workers were always on time, clean, neat (always swept up and removed any excess debris) and hard-working. The work was done in under a week (we had a one-day delay with one of the concrete trucks that broke down) and the pavements came out beautiful! (See pictures). My neighbors are so jealous! :) I paid John about 1/2 of the money once half of the work was completed and paid the balance in full at the end of the job as agreed upon. It couldn't have been an easier transaction. If only all other professionals I hire could go as smoothly! I am keeping in touch with John for any future work I may have down the road and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good general contractor!"

"I had a water problem caused by an improperly installed and graded driveway. Arnie from came and evaluated the driveway and recommended the corrective action. The old driveway was removed, regraded, the old cobblestone was reinstalled and addition cobblestone installed. The driveway was repaved, an excellent job by his subcontractor. I no longer have any water problems."
