"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"I made the decision to hire Hampton Bay Construction because of its excellent ratings on Angie's List and having met AJ, its president. I've been using the List for years with good results. I'd already gotten estimates for new windows from two other sources before calling AJ. He came by, looked at my old windows and gave me excellent advice on what could and should be done. No, I did not need the most expensive windows available. Yes, he was a bit more expensive than the other contractors, but oh, what he provides in the way of service and quality. As it turned out the newly designed Andersen windows I chose were faulty. The grills I ordered did not fit. AJ was tireless in getting Andersen to resolve the problem. It took a while but I had full confidence that he would get the job done. He did. And his crew was just wonderful in protecting the work space ahead of time, in leaving the interior of the house clean and in hanging new shades perfectly. I am a fussy homeowner. Quality counts with me. I have an eye for problems. A.J does too. And he asks about needed decisions ahead of time and lets his customers decide. A storm door blew off my house in a storm (!) and I like the the one AJ installed much more than the old one because he had the wit to ask me what I wanted. I've now a list of jobs needing attention. I hope that AJ will be able to do them. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

Aside from judging the quality and design of various window vendors, we wanted the scheduling and installation to be coordinated by the vendor with minimal drain on building management and maintenance personnel. "Denise and her assistant Danny did an outstanding job. They power washed and stained the outside of our home and did other repairs. They also removed a nasty water stain from inside the house. They touched up various spots and smudges on the wall. How they matched the paint is beyond me. The inside and outside of the house looks brand new. Denise also helped us on which color stain to choose. They also power washed our deck and it now looks great. We are completely satisfied and happy with the job Denise did.
