Ed arrived at the appointed time and made an assessment of what was needed, explained what and how he would do it, advised me of the materials he would use and the cost of the work involved. On installation day, Ed arrived on time, diligently and cleanly installed the system, instructed me on the system and how to use it. Since I am not technically savvy, he patiently instructed me of the system's function. Every new system comes with small glitches but Ed was on call and promptly arrived to resolve them.
