"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"We have been having a problem with pigeons hanging around all day on/under our solar panels. I originally had a handyman who was going to install mesh around the edges of the panels and yesterday (the day he was supposed to come) found out he didn't have insurance/license so I canceled. I then went into a Zoom meeting and heard the darn pigeons cooing and fluttering all over the roof and got so upset. Once I accepted, he called his team to assist and he started on the roof. They were super clean - blew out my gutters, blew everything out from under the solar panels, and made sure to blow the porch and front of my house to remove any debris. I had peace of mind that they were licensed and insured. Today I am happy to announce, I have not heard ONE PIGEON! I know this company usually does more like roofing and gutter-type projects, but I will be letting any of my neighbors with solar panels/pigeons know who to call. Great crew. Thanks so much!"

[Normal for the east end of long island.] <><> THE Work ethic was outstanding: (a) explained all work, (b) answered questions, (c) made sure I knew what was going to be done: including the materials to be used and the quality of the materials to be used. In addition, The work was not JUST a repair, it was the installation of a new flat roof over a two-car garage, which necessitated (1) removing the decking, and placing it on the patio (neatly!); (2) removing the stringers, cleaning all debris that lay beneath the decking, including rotted stringers, with nailing to be removed, and biological debris from leaves, tree seeds, etc, (3) power washing the top of the base roofing that will remain, epoxying all rows of nail holes on the 20x17 roof, laying a base epoxy coat prior to installing the new roofing fabric. <><><> In addition, Brian cleaned the chimney from my wood-burning stove, surveyed the roof and the flashing around two chimneys, and found the flashings in need of replacement, those flashing were also repaired. <><> Finally, one section of siding on the second story was replaced with a matching sheet of asphalt shingle.
