Once again they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took time carefully reviewing our newly installed 16kw backup generator and all connections leading thereto. They competed the repair, checked for leaks, ran the unit and cleaned up afterwards. "June-July 2020: I had (3) projects completed by Damon/Mike of Mr. Sparky's. The first job was installing a GIFI switch on the front porch. The second job was supposed to be installing an interlock switch in my main electrical panel for my generator (though due to the age of the panel we settled for an exterior recessed plug outlet). The third job was running an electrical feed and installing a sub-panel into my workshop. During these three projects we had some glitches (as in this kind of work happens frequently). But, Damon, Mike and the Sparky Management made them all good and I would recommend Sparky to others because of their willingness to bend, good work quality and desire to provide overall customer satisfaction. During the process all the workers were courteous and knowledgeable!"

"About 2 years back, I had David Gray Electrical install a chandelier which required replacing the mounting/junction box due to old wiring and missing mounting hardware. They seemed to do good work at the time, the price was right, and they operated efficiently. However, when they replaced the junction box in the attic, at the time I did not climb up there to verify their work, and they left the box uncovered with exposed wiring. I had trusted that they would do it up to code but they did not. Recently I discovered this, and called them last week to get it resolved. They were prompt in getting someone out to my house, and they arrived before their scheduled arrival time. Thankfully, even though the original work was done a couple years prior, to make it right they did not charge me for the repair. I appreciate that they owned up to their mistake and made it right. For that reason they get a good review from me instead of an F (would be A if I didn't have to deal with this)."

"Eric Knopsnyder totally exceeded my expection. He arrived punctually as agreed, worked fast and efficiently to install my new Generac GP 17,500, tested it, teached me how to operate it, all of that in the span of a couple of hours. After leaving, he even called me to remind me to register the generator at the manufacturer web site to ensure a valid/timely warranty. In-Phase was not the cheapest bidder for my project, but it was certainly the best I could find. Now, my home will be fully powered in case of an outage. Living in Florida amid a hurricane season, that's a big relief."

"Mike came to provide an estimate, ask a lot of great questions, next day I received an email with detailed estimate on what would be done. We set up a date and we're ready to go. Joel showed up on time to start, went over exactly what was going to be done, and than proceeded to start work. Very knowledgable young man. When completed he simulated a power loss and what steps were needed to transfer power from our generator to our selected circuits. Had us perform the steps and proceeded to test and make sure everything worked as planned. We are now ready for the next hurricane. One final note, Joel pre wired the transfer switch for future growth of needed circuits and a larger generator. I very nice finishing touch, planning for the future if required."
