"They did not do what I wanted them to do.  I hired them hoping they could do more than I could do myself.  There were a few things I could not address myself. I thought I had called in the professionals.  You want someone with professionals who in my case could handle dog urine. They were professional and punctual.  It was average.  They cleaned 3 rooms.  They did 3 rooms. When the guy came he brought a lot of bottles, but he never them.   I asked him if he addressed the dog pee? He said he went over those spots.  They use an enzyme they have in addition to the cleaning product.  This may or may not be true.  It did not get done the way I wanted it to be done.  If you were to ask me if he did a good job cleaning the carpet.  He did. The carpet is fairly new.  I wanted him to remove the stains.  The assumption is he was a pro.  He was unable to remove the stains as much as I would have liked.  It is like if you take your clothes to the dry cleaner.  The assumption is that they get the stains out.  They are a husband and wife team.  Though, the carpet looks great. They did not get the stains out as much as I would have liked. They came one time. The price was reasonable."
