G&G arrived on short notice during the New Year period, inspected the entire roof and reported no damage or threat of leakage. "During Tropical Storm Arthur last week we noticed that we had a roof leak. We contacted this provider, and they sent their inspector out the next day. The repair cost estimate was $685.00 for a section of roof 20 feet by 6 feet. The planned repair date was scheduled for 12 July, but on 9 July they called, and moved up our repairs to the 10th of July. They arrived on time, and completed the work in about 4 hours. The cost was the exact price of the estimate. I am completely satisfied.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage.
