"After the hail storm in 2019, G and G roofing replaced 5 roofs for us and repaired two additional roofs. They're professionalism and problem solving skills are a great asset to us and our tenants. They kept their appointment and safe guarded our properties with great cooperation. Couldn't have been a better experience"

"They were responsive to my request for a quote, provided a quote for an optional replacement I asked about, and the prices were very reasonable. There was a slight delay in providing the service but those happen. A crew of 3 performed the cleaning and repairs, they were on-time, were professional, did a good job, and cleaned-up afterwards. Thanks Guys! I’ll definitely use them again in the future!"

"The contractor held my hand through the whole process and made it extremely easy for me! We are so happy with our new roof and highly recommend this company!!"

"During Tropical Storm Arthur last week we noticed that we had a roof leak. We contacted this provider, and they sent their inspector out the next day. The repair cost estimate was $685.00 for a section of roof 20 feet by 6 feet. The planned repair date was scheduled for 12 July, but on 9 July they called, and moved up our repairs to the 10th of July. They arrived on time, and completed the work in about 4 hours. The cost was the exact price of the estimate. I am completely satisfied.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"The entire process was done in a very efficient and professional manner. The roof looks very good and everything was completed to my satisfaction."

"The roofers cleaned and left our property free from debris after it was completed.  From sales to final inspection, all J & M representatives were courteous, prompt, and professional.  I recommended J & M Roofing to several of our neighbors."

"Quinton and his guys did an amazing job replacing some of my metal roofing. From the quote to the end of the job very precise, safe, and knowledgeable of what needed done and how. Very professional and would highly recommend, 10 out 10 service."

"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. We have had some significant rain recently and the leaks are gone. Very relieved and pleased."
