"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"Honest roofers. They only did what was needed to repair the roof and didn't try to sell me a new roof like others I had come out. The repair was done in a timely manner and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend them."

"Excellent work. No problems and no headaches. Would recommend to anyone considering roof repairs or replacement"

"It was excellence service and really fast. I would recommend them because they are affordable and they finish the job one day. They are very honest because when they check my gutter, they didn't touch the good one and just replace the part that need to be replace. They clean afterwards. They are the best."

"Daniel is a very honest man with high integrity and very professional. He advised us that we did not need a new roof yet ,that it had a couple of good years left, however to call him if we needed any kind of repair after a hurricane. We were extremely impressed. Just meeting with him gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend him base on this."

"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

"Allegiance Roof Systems have completed multiple roofs for me and everytime the quality of their work has been outstanding, and they are finished quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof done."

"They called me in advance to let me know the roof installation schedule - from the dumpster, the materials, when the crew was going to start, when the inspections were happening then clean up and dumpster pick up. The experience with J&M went smooth and was painless. The final outcome was that I have the best looking, secure, safe roof on thew block!"

"Was surprised when they arrived the next day, as they had indicated they would be coming next week but that the office manager would contact me to confirm a date. I never heard from the office manager and only realized they had arrived when i heard pounding on the roof early the next morning. No one came to the door to tell me they had arrived. Good thing there were no family gatherings or guests around when they showed up so unexpectedly; pounding on the roof is not something anyone wants to hear, but especially not if you're having a family get-together (which happens frequently at my house). I was surprised at the appearance of their dump truck when they arrived. I understand that roofing is messy and dirty but the truck looked like it would barely pass a road inspection. The back was half-filled with debris and a few new-looking shingles, but everything was mixed together. Looks aren't everything, but I had asked the previous day when they came to do the estimate (not driving the bedraggled truck) about matching new shingles to the old ones on the roof. The young man was rather cavalier about it and said matching them would be no problem--but he had none to show me. So when I looked in the truck when they arrived, i was concerned to see that there were no matching shingles. As it turned out, they didn't replace any. They were supposed to, but did not. The young man came with an older man to do the work. The young guy told me his grandfather owned the company. And when they were on the roof, I was up on a different area of it, cleaning out a gutter. But I couldn't help noticing that only the older man did any work. The young guy was on his cell phone almost the entire time and the calls he was receiving and making were not work-related. He also spent a lot of time smoking (not working) on the roof and frankly I never saw him do any work. The older guy did fix the hole near the sun tunnel but as far as I can tell, that's the only work they did. Would have patched it myself if the roof in that area was not so steep. On the invoice, FCR listed several things they were going to do, including replacing cap shingles, installing flashing, resealing shingles, replacing roof jack nails, and fixing raised nails. They may have pounded down some raised nails, but I did not see them replace any nails, shingles, or flashing. The entire roof will have to be replaced in the next few years. Not hiring them again and would not recommend them."

"Dave showed up on time, evaluated what we needed to install the swings on the porch and went to Home Depot and purchased the hardware. It took him a couple of hours to do the job and upon completion he showed the receipt for Home Depot and my wife was happy."
