"Eads gave us a solution that another company could not. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"Matt and his Crew did a Awesome Job on my Roof and Gutters! They look Fantastic! I'm now going to have them put a Metal Roof on my Garden Shed! I would highly recommend Matt for his Companies Quality and Price!"

"After I called, they came out the next day to look at the project. It took a couple of days to get the estimate via e-mail. I accepted it immediately and they scheduled the project for Friday, but unfortunately had to reschedule for Monday because weather prevented them from finishing a previous job Friday morning. All in all, the project was done in less than two weeks from first call to actual completion. The price includes the cost of the door. Having them get it was a convenience, but their price was approximately $100 more than the cost of buying the same door at one of the big box stores, hence the slight downgrade on cost."

"Josh from AJ roofing was fantastic. He made our process easy and straightforward. The job was quoted and the work was finished in the time frame stated. We could not have asked for more. They have completed two roof jobs for us and a siding repair. We have another roofing project scheduled for the Spring and and will be seeking the services of AJ Roofing. Thanks Sharita & Cliff Hawkins"

"Storm damage on our roof 2x this season and Warren Masonry handled it again! Great leadership with a dependable crew that cleans up after themselves and your property when they leave. Fairly priced with great communication and customer service. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!"

"Very well. I was originally hesitant to try talking with insurance, but Waters Custom Exteriors was so hopeful with every aspect of this project from helping me talk with insurance to actually getting the work completed that it has been a pure pleasure. I will without a doubt be contacting them for any future roofing or gutter related projects."

"It went really well. They were able to get us in earlier than we had anticipated. They were prompt and worked hard. Our roof was replaced in just one day. Cleanup afterward wasn't exceptional, but the overall was still excellent.

In late December of 2013, there was a leak that had appeared in a complicated valley. The 12/12 pitch roof drains down to a wall of siding. I came home to see Ice running down the wall of my front porch and found ice in the attic at that valley. I immediately called Don Jordan and told him the bad news. He came out within the hour and looked at the damage. Within a day or two, once the area had thawed, he sent someone out to see if an immediate repair could be made. That repairman did not find a leak and said that some roofs are just meant to leak, to which I immediately disagreed. The repairman relayed his findings to Don. Don called and told me that he did not agree with the repairman, and that roofs are not meant to leak. Don said he would do a free replacement when it got warmer. I noticed that it did not leak when it rained, but only when there was snow in the valley. I mentioned this to Don and he noted that it was probably an issue with the ice and water shield. As it got warmer outside, he followed up with me a couple of times to find out if it was leaking. Since it only leaked after the one heavy snow, I was willing to work around Don's other jobs. He let me know a couple of times that he had not forgotten about me and assured that he would take care of it before it got cold again. In mid September, Don sent out his repair expert to make sure the valley did not leak again. Don's repair expert, José, was able to confidently identify what was causing the leak and repair the valley properly. I had previously worked with Don and José back in 2010 for a repair on this same valley that had held up to rain and heavy snow, prior to hail tearing up the entire roof in 2011. After the first repair had held, I knew that José would do a great job. He meticulously repaired/replaced the valley and within 6 hours. Don and José were professional and cleaned up after the repair. There were 3.5 bundles of unused shingles left over from the project that I offered to buy from Jordan Roofing to have on hand the event that the Flagstone color scheme would be discontinued. Don gave me the extra shingles that as a thank you for being flexible with the timing of the free repair.

"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."

"They were efficient. Their skills at painting were obvious - no spills, no wasted time, no marks on trim or ceiling. They also suggested some tips for me about painting I wanted to do. I would hire them again."
