He quickly replaced my fan on my porch, and not only hard wired my sprinkler pump, but when the pump didn’t work, he arranged to come back that afternoon after his next job - went to Home Depot and bought a new pump, then came back with a coworker and they installed it that day! He also fixed an issue I’ve been having with an outlet, and replaced a can light in my kitchen with an LED version that I love! I have several more things for them to do and will be requesting Mike again to help me! They far exceeded my expectations!"

"James P. and his assistant were phenomenal. They installed a delicate, artistic, light fixture I ordered directly from China. A new electrical box had to be put in between two studs about 8 inches apart and a switch was run utilizing an existing box. They were expeditious and hung the fixture perfectly. But most amazingly they cleaned up, vacuuming and wiping the baseboards! American Electrical is our go to electrician...always. "

I was initially concerned that Nitelites seemed like a big company focused on larger, more involved installations and that they would not be that interested in my small additions. But I called NiteLites anyway and found it easy to make a quick appointment for early the next week. The appointment took place exactly as scheduled and included plenty of time to discuss options and ideas. The final plan was a combination of my ideas and NiteLites experience and expertise. I was ready to schedule the additions for the near future but my sales rep explained that he could do the work immediately. We then discussed the warranty and support program that would be included in my installation. We also agreed on the a price and a few hours later we were testing the new lights and the system overall. As expected all worked perfectly. I generally wait a couple of weeks to write my reviews so anything new can be tested out over a longer period of time and I am happy to report that there have been no problems with my lights. I am now thinking of what else I might have NiteLites add to my system."

"We called yesterday and Mark was here at 845AM (appt was for 9). We had 2 recess lights that have never worked since we bought the place and an outlet outside that wasn't working. We thought he would be here for hours and we would be paying a large amount (that is why we have waited so long to do anything about it). Mark was super quick and awesome. In the time I left my husband to go get us breakfast, Mark had fixed our 2 lights, our outside outlet and was packing up when I got back home. It took him 45 minutes.
