"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "Let me start by saying that I received 4 estimates for my roof repair and installation, and Euro Construction Group was not the cheapest. But price shouldn't be the only factor when considering what company to go with on an important project like a roof replacement. When Matt Siwik came to my home, he spent over an hour inspecting every square foot of my roof as well as a problem chimney flashing area. Two of the other three companies that showed up never even went up on the roof, and the 3rd ignored the chimney issue altogether. Matt explained just how he planned to deal with the chimney and roof installation and gave me options on what the best methods would be. He gave me confidence that he and his company knew what they were doing and the decision to go with them was easy. Matt showed up a day before installation and supervised the delivery of supplies and also began some preliminary work on that problem chimney. The very next day Matt arrived with his crew of 7 promptly at 7:00AM. And just when I thought it couldn't get better, he introduced me to his crew."

"The representative for the estimate called he was in the area a little earlier, I thanked him for calling and to come earlier is fine. He was polite and thorough. The estimate was several hundred below another estimate that I was given, I scheduled. The two installers also arrived on time if not a few minutes early, they were polite, I had to leave for work but felt confident that the would install a quality product. The railings are beautiful and they cleaned after their work, not one piece of railing scrap. Carl's fencing delivered more than expected. I will definitely be using Carl's fencing again.
