The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

I call them, and was told that they had no record of ever coming to my home. I waited a bit, called them again, and they sent another person to provide an estimate. The estimate was close to the first one. And again, I hear nothing from them afterwards, in spite of 3 phone calls asking for a written estimate and for scheduling the job. Then I gave up and hired another company."
