His account of Victor's offerings was spot on. Luis came out twice and called to make sure that we were kept apprised of what was going on and the progress of the job. When things were finished, he made it a point to conduct the "walk through" again to make sure we were satisfied. He also gave us information that encouraged us to keep our warranty current. The team at Victor's contacted us again to make sure we were on the right track. I am glad that we contracted with Victor's."

"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."
