"Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."

Our roof is quite steep with a 12/12 pitch and is three stories high on two sides. The crew was comprised of seven men who worked **** ** this four day job. We were kept well informed regarding when they would arrive and how the work was progressing. We met regularly with the foreman and with the company owner.  Both were helpful and conscientious.  They took pride in their work and doing a top quality job was clearly important to them.</p> <p>Our house is located in an area that receives 120+ inches of snow annually and ice build-up on roofs is also a concern.  We requested and received materials that are designed to prevent future damage. The owner explained how the roofing underlayments worked and why he recommended these materials. </p> <p>The crew cleaned up after each day of work and did an excellent job of cleaning up the grounds after the job was completed. "Our experience with Rafferty Painting was very positive. "Terminix came out to resolve the problems originating from their installation from early February. I was getting no response until our case was finally transferred to the Regional Manager (Dan). He brought his crew lead (Paul) and Rob to evaluate and fix the problem of the dry insulation getting into our full house attic fan. We wont know if this fixed the problem, but at least they responded and took time to find a solution.
