I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I know who I will be calling for my future roof needs! Thanks again Gary."

"Done Right did a great job repairing my roof. I had five roofers who repair tile roofs come to give me estimates. Done Right was the only one who said they knew where the leak was. Everyone else was â Well once we start tearing it apart, then weâ ll know.â Done Right was prompt from the estimate to the repair. They were also very reasonable. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work. Another looked at the work and wouldnâ t give me an estimate. Some roofers seem to send out more of a salesman than a roofer. I liked the people, the price, and above all, getting my roof fixed."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
