"A gentleman came out promptly and gave us an estimate of $374.00. We gave him a $200 check on May 16, 2011, and he told us it would be a couple of weeks before they could do the work. After four weeks and we were ready to ask for a refund, they called and said they would be out at 3:00 p.m.. They tore down the gate and set the new posts in concrete. They returned a couple of days later and finished the work. Its looks nice and seems to be a good gate."

"The problem was not the quality of the work on the fence as much as the lack of experience of the workman. Sufficient information was not gathered about what might potentially cause a problem or be of concern. For example, no thought was given to the sprinkler system layout and as a result the line was broken in two places in the digging of post holes. These two broken lines were not repaired so the use of the connecting lines was impossible. He promised to come back to fix the problem but did not.  The other problem was the construction of the gates. They tend to flare at the bottom...not sure of the cause. <br /> I accept that I could have been more informed on what to elaborate on with a young craftsman. Therefore, I would likely use them again but be more specific in the initial phase. <br />"
