"Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies. They did not leave until our problem was solve. This company is honest, reasonable, professional and the guys are very kind. We would highly recommend this company."

"Found Rich's company online. When I was looking to get a new on demand hot water heater installed, made by Rinnai. He was super knowledgeable over the phone. Very quick to arrive for estimate. Good pricing, but even better, outstanding work! Even though he was extremely busy, he was able to fit me in. So I could get my rebates by the end of the year. Worked extremely hard from sunrise to sunset. I was naive and did not know how much was actually involved. Very well worth the price he requested. Not only was the work outstanding. He made sure I knew how to work the unit and also do maintenance and was even honest to me. That he would rather see me do maintenance and thus save on the money he would charge to do it! Can not beat that! On top of this. He came back after the inspector signed off on the work and made sure I was still happy. You will not find another plumber that is great as well as down to earth."

"Absolutely amazing transformation! We’ve been considering a bathroom remodel in our 105-year-old home for 3 ½ years and first spoke with Luxury Baths 3 yrs. ago at a home show. We also spoke with other contractors. We were initially impressed with their claim to “tear everything out and start of scratch” while mitigating any mold, mildew or rot and insuring everything was sound before adding the pretty stuff. This was especially appealing to us because, unlike other contractors we were considering, Luxury Baths wasn’t going to cover everything up. Over 3 yrs. later, we were in the financial position to remodel the bathroom and sought LB out at the same home show. The sales visit made the planning simple, with samples, advice and a friendly and professional representative in 1 visit. It was followed up with a second measurement and the order was made. On installation day, Anthony and Adam showed up on time and were very friendly, professional & courteous, clean and efficient. They kept us in the loop during the entire process! At the end of the process, we were left with a totally transformed room from the bones to the finishes as promised! All we had to do was put everything back in and use our new shower. LB and A&A did not take any shortcuts and did the project the same way I would’ve myself if I had the time the skill. We can step into our bathroom/tub with the confidence that everything holding us up is secure and safe, looks great, has low maintenance/cleaning and will outlast us! "Bernie and Mike fit me into their schedule quickly. They efficiently replaced the main suspect, which was the very awkwardly located, and very old, drain and overflow. Worth doing in any case. However, the mystery leak reappeared -- there are a lot of possible sources and you have to address them one at a time. In this case I now suspect that it is tenants who fail occasionally fail to close the shower curtain all the way, so I'm installing a giant Spraymaid splash guard and hoping the leak doesn't reoccur -- since I'd really like to fix up the ceiling below! What I really appreciated was the way Bernie and Mike listened to the background and talked through the problem with me, and came back to check on their work and the overall situation. They didn't push me to get more and more work done, instead they took a conservative approach. I will absolutely call on them again."
