A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
