"Recently, purchased a new home and was not happy with the air flow from the hvac system. Two field techs came out to look at my 20 year old system and found that the ductwork was improperly installed creating an airflow problem within the entire house. A new ductwork system was designed, adding a 2nd zone and a bypass trunk to the system. The 5 person crew arrived first thing in the morning, evaluated the system and got right to work. Before I knew it the old system was removed and the new system was being installed. Originally, I was told that it could take 2 days to remove and install the new system, but the crew did the entire job in 12 hours! Yes, they crew as onsite until 9:00 PM! The newly installed system was designed for my specific attic space and the new design makes far more sense and will provide a better flow of air throughout the home with the addition of the second zone. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
