It was very important to me that the gutters and downspouts were barely noticeable and LOA nailed it. The crew made sure that the gutters matched the trim and the downspouts were subtly placed around the home. They were fast and efficient - in and out in two afternoons. There was a slight misunderstanding on the gutter placement on a small section of the roof. Kevin and the crew were able to resolve it quickly with no extra charge. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "
