I’ve been in this line of work for about 10 years now I decided to join to try and pick up more jobs and stay consistent on work.

"Let me first say this is a veteran owned company, and with my husband currently serving and myself being a veteran we try to give back to our fellow vets. There was a few hiccups with this company. The guy we signed our contract with turned out to be a bad employee and was fired needless to say. He was not communicating with us and was telling me when our project was to start but no progress was happening. Once I got in contact with the owner, he came out to my house and realized what this employee was telling him about our project progress was incorrect. The owner respectfully apologized about the miscommunication and came everyday to work with his guys to complete our patio project. He even went out of his way to buy sod to put along the edges of the patio so we wouldn't have a 5 inch drop from patio to yard. Now knowing this previous employee no longer works at this company I would recommend them. We had our tiny patio expanded the length of our house with colored concrete and wood grain stamped. We love the finished product and glad the owner took full responsibility for our time with them."

"Jason and his crew filled in our sunken living room and removed the rock left from a fireplace mantel on an interior wall. His crew was professional and took great care not to damage the sheetrock while cutting out and removing the blocks. Their attention to detail through the entire concrete project was exceptional. "After reading the reviews on Angie"s List and comparing bids from other contractors, we decided to hire Stable Foundations  to install a new driveway and replace a small cement slab adjacent to the driveway.  They did excellent work, and we would not hesitate to use them again.  This family business is licensed and insured, and the work crew is honest, hardworking, and reliable.  
Everyone from Stable Foundations was very professional from the beginning.  Evi and Oscar promptly returned my calls, thoroughly explained the work to be done, gave us a bid that was reasonable and competitive, and fit us into the schedule for the very next week.  The crew started the demolition on Tuesday and finished the new driveway by Thursday.  They make sure that things are done the right way - they do not take shortcuts.  They cut back tree roots, repaired sprinkler pipes, compacted the soil, and removed a large tree limb that would have blocked the cement truck.  Since our old driveway had gigantic cracks, they installed rebar every 18 inches and divided the driveway into six panels to prevent huge cracks from forming again.  Oscar would not pour the concrete until we approved the prep work and layout.  This family does quality work and will even re-do concrete work if you aren't satisfied (as long as it hasn't hardened).   
These guys went out of their way to be helpful.  I wanted them to replicate the border design of a driveway that I had seen in the neighborhood.  When I couldn't remember the details, Oscar  went with me to look at the driveway to make sure I got the design that I wanted.  He also nailed a new board to our gate and screwed down some loose boards in our deck free of charge. We really appreciate all the hard work that went into creating our beautiful, new driveway.  A big thank you to Evi and Oscar for a job well done!

"I had a huge tree in my backyard that was splitting right down the middle. I discovered the damage on a Sunday so I didn’t think I would be able to get any good help that day. An Arborist referred me to Arbor Oaks. I was able to speak to John (owner) directly and he came out immediately. He was genuinely concerned and arrived with ratchet straps to tie around my tree to keep it secure until I could get it removed. He did this prior to providing me a quote and without knowing if his company would be the ones to remove the tree. That meant a lot. He quoted me a fair price and worked with me on making the payment in a way that would fit my budget. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, confident, and professional. He also took the time (on a Sunday) to walk around my entire yard and answer other questions I had about my trees. After the job was complete I was surprised how tidy everything was. This tree was huge and there was a lot of debris. One would have never guessed a tree that size was removed by the time they were done. I was also impressed by their level of thoroughness. They grinded the tree down to nothing…it was completely gone. I thought I was going to have to look at an ugly stump for the next few years. Nope. Also, my backyard is not easily accessible and I have plants everywhere; they were able to cut down the tree and remove all debris without damaging anything. They were extremely mindful of my landscaping and I really appreciated that. They even cleaned up messes they didn’t create. Also, the crew was happy and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. That was nice to see. John followed up with me after all the work was done to make sure I was happy. I intend on using Arbor Oaks again in the future."

"Mr. Eddie Hernandez exemplified the type of service one expects when first making contact with a service provider.  His responses were prompt and often by phone text or phone conversation.  Further, he was prompt on the day he came to see the property, and I appreciated his answering each of my many questions.
It was only after considering this homes low property value that I made the decision not to move forward with this project, but leave the yard in its current condition.  Otherwise, I would have contracted with Cedar Park Concrete.  This company deserves its high rating on Angie's List.
