"The woman was nice. But Was dressed in regular clothes and did not wear a mask or gloves the entirety of the time. She used very cheap dollar store cleaning products and used stained rags to clean everything. The house was decently cleaned but after she left I noticed a few things that were not cleaned thoroughly. I paid quite a bit to go with a local company as opposed to paying the same price through a franchised company. Glenn’s politeness was ultimately what sold me. If the maids can wear some sort of uniform identifying who they are and that they did not just come from home in their own dirty clothes, that would be more assuring. And perhaps asking for the cleaning products to be of a good quality and ENSURING that they are using proper cleaning techniques when in the household would go a long way. Gloves should be mandatory. Especially with what is going on with the virus right now."
