"I expressed interest in System Pavers at a home show. I wanted to replace or cover my cracked concrete patio, and I had priced the cost of materials to do a composite deck over it, which I would have had to build myself. I was pleased with the decent price that I was given, so I went forward with a contract. Originally the project was scheduled for the middle of April 2020, but the virus shutdowns interrupted the schedule. However, shortly after the company was allowed to resume operations, my project was scheduled for the first week of May. Originally I expected a 3 day project. Then the time was reduced to 2 days. But Julio and his crew were so efficient that they completed it in one long day. I was able to watch the entire process from start to finish. It was both fascinating and instructive. The end result is very attractive. I am very pleased. This was a relatively small project, a 10x24â patio. Yet from start to finish, from the time Josh met with me in my home until Julio told me that they were finished and Tyler met with me to review the projectâ s completion, I felt like it was the biggest project in their books. I donâ t know how I could have been treated better."

"Tony, his sons, employees, and subcontractors were all very professional! They were all hard working, kept a clean worksite, provided all their own equipment, and they all had excellent skills and craftsmanship! Tony used very reliable subcontractors for concrete pour, stamping and stain. His electrician, masonry, and granite contractors were top notch! Tony and his sons installed our pergola and it's impressive! I had told him in the beginning I was working on a time limit and needed the project completed well before a set date and he made sure it happened! I gave him my concept drawing and he made it reality! He kept me informed all along the way of what was happening and if there were delays or issues (weather was the biggest problem). He was very honest and flexible. His contractors came out started and completed the jobs given in a timely and professional manner. Wow, they even stayed until late at night to complete a job because they knew the weather would delay the project going forward. Although we had a wet summer and he had to dodge the rain, my beautiful and well-constructed patio is the envy of the neighborhood! The best part of the experience was the way he made us feel as customers. He cared about our wishes and desire to be wow’d and he responded quickly to our questions and concerns; we felt valued as a customer! "I called Superior Irrigation after the reps from two other companies had attempted to find the malfunctioning control value and failed. Both suggested that extensive digging/excavation would be necessary to locate it. (System was installed by previous homeowner.) Additionally, the one provider who was willing to undertake this job couldn't schedule it for 3+ weeks. I called Superior Irrigation on the recommendation of a neighbor. Superior had me scheduled within a week and Fred Perez (the technician) had the problem located and repaired within 90 minutes after arriving. Turned out, it wasn't the control valve but rather a broken electrical wire. The cost was certainly less than I had been anticipating and Fred also located the control valve as well. I've used other irrigation services in the past but Superior Irrigation and Lawn will be my "go to" service in the future. As far as I'm concerned, an "A" rating isn't high enough."
