"They came - put up an non-opening replacement door - took my old door away - and when it came back looked like new! The leaded glass had a 'bracing bar' where the solder had broken - so, they rebuilt the leaded glass in the door (looks better than it did new)... Also, the hardware (dead bolt - latch/knob) had lost its finish due to the sun... - they also allowed me to pick out a new hardware set and put that on also... (extra charge of course... and the leaded glass repair was extra - I'm very, very pleased with the result! :-)"

"We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for several years, both in San Marcos and now San Antonio, and we’re always very pleased with the products and services. Our latest transaction with Precision was to replace an old garage door (we had already replaced the opener with Precision a couple of years ago). I started on the website to take a look at the general styles and options for the doors. The website is very helpful as a starting point: I got to “test drive” different doors in different colors and against different exterior siding to get a good idea of what the doors looked like. For the appointment to get a quote and order the door, Jason Dawson was great to work with. He was very thorough and listened well. He mentioned different options that I might be interested in and was very knowledgeable about the products. The door installation was performed by Ronnie Garcez, who did a great job! Ronnie is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. The door itself exceeded our expectations – it’s even more good-looking than I had anticipated. We had insulation added to the door and are impressed by the clean and sturdy way it is installed. The door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly, we love it."

".The house looks beautiful-it needed a major face lift! The job was well done and I am pleased. I want to thank the owner, Charlie Rakosky, for providing me with his wonderful, polite, and talented staff ( Hector Silva-head painter, Victor- trimmer and others). I want to give a plug for the hired color consultant, Bianca Sifuentes, who also does interior decorating. She made picking out a color scheme for my house much easier. I asked for several color plans based on what my husband and I were looking for. She came by the house several times and presented some good options. This saved me a lot of time as I would have spent hours brooding over thousands of color palettes. The house ended up with 5 different paint colors- the front door, the trim, the body of the house, the shutters and the decorative railings. My neighbors were so impressed that they took pictures of the house and emailed them to me as I was out of town while the painting was being done.
Charlie asked for no money up front. When the job was done he came by the house to make sure I was satisfied with everything before I paid him. Later on, when my husband returned home, he noticed some flashing around the chimney placed when our roof was replaced before the house was painted. He asked that it be painted the color of the trim work. I called Charlie and today his painter came by to paint it for no additional charge. He also brought me a small can of paint for the railings in case I ever needed it.
I would highly recommend 360 Painting for your painting needs. Make sure you also ask for Bianca for color consulting. She also does interior color consulting. The first hour is paid by Charlie and there is an hourly fee if needed for more work after that.
