"Easy to work work"

"Would never recommend them. They used to be good before (they did job 6 years ago for my friend), but not anymore. Needed to call few times to finish everything they promised . Concrete started cracking and flaking within 3 months. Took multiple calls to have someone from this company to come and their response was " it's a concrete". Only one I mention complaining to better Business bureau, they said they can paint over concrete since it's looked real awful ( which they did). Well, 6 months later its chipping, and flanking,and discoloring again (we use only sand on the driveway when it's snow/ice). Same happened to another customer."

"Trevor arrived promptly from Spanish Lake - about a 45 minute drive. I was able to move up my appointment by one day due to a cancellation. Trevor took his time, checking the house inside and out. Pleasant the entire time. He showed me how his device was calculating the movement of my wall. We talked for about 30 minutes. There was absolutely no pressure as we discussed costs, time frame and financing. Trevor spoke with confidence and fully answered all my questions. I felt completely at ease with Trevor. "You will not go wrong hiring Sam! Sam and his team tore out our old cement patio and put down pavers. Sam came to meet with me a few days after we talked on the phone. I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. If I ever need another patio, or retaining wall, I will call Sam again. In this day and age, it is so difficult to know who to trust. I'm grateful we found Sam for this job!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hope this is a warning for anyone considering using Allen, they are absolutely HORRENDOUS to work with. Never in my life have I spoken with such a disgusting manager. To give back story, we hired Allen to inspect our backflow last July. A member of the team came out, inspected, and gave us a green/blue tag saying we were “all good to go”. He mentioned that we didn’t need any paperwork, and that they would submit it directly to the water district. A year later, our water district called letting us know they were shutting off our water because they never got a passing test from Allen. The manager and receptionist BOTH said it was mine and my husband’s fault because we mentioned in passing that we would eventually take out our sprinkler, so the information never got sent to the water district. DISGUSTING! This was also after admitting that the inspector didn’t work there anymore “for good reason”. After arguing with the Manager who still insisted it was mine and my husband’s fault, they sent out a new tech who straight up told the manager while I was standing there “the inspector did pass them in their inspection and gave them a tag. The information is all here. The office must not have filed the paperwork correctly”. They still continued to send us a bill for the re-inspection. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone that actually cares."
