"Josh was great he took down and put up a new ceiling fan in family room, a new chandelier in dining room, new foyer light. Replaced a dimmer switch and reconfigured a four switch wall switch. He was on time and very thorough. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again when we need any electrical work done."

"The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

If that was the case, that was the case, however, I called them for a service charge and they could have said: "the compressor's bad or something else is bad or the whole thing's bad". That's what they said, "the whole thing's bad". I had Prudential out and they fixed it for $120 and it was running again.. The other company charged me $100 to tell me I needed a new furnace when I got Prudential to fix it for the same price."
