"I hired them to upgrade an old fuse box to a standard 200 amp panel in an old house, plus reroute some wiring to the rooms and install some wall-mounted electric heaters. Everything went well, except I later discovered that three of the outlets in one room were routed to the incorrect circuit. Not a huge deal, but it does affect where I can plugin things like space heaters without tripping a breaker. Additionally, I found that one light switch had too many wires for the size box used which needed replaced with a bigger one - also not a big deal but it was a minor mistake that needed fixed when I went to have the light fixture installed, and it means the electrician made a second small mistake. Therefore I consider these two mistakes to add up to a 0.5 star reduction in the review. Overall, still a good job."

"Josh was great he took down and put up a new ceiling fan in family room, a new chandelier in dining room, new foyer light. Replaced a dimmer switch and reconfigured a four switch wall switch. He was on time and very thorough. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire him again when we need any electrical work done."

"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

Professional, kind, worked quickly and efficiently, and even came back out to swap out one of my ceiling fans after install when it turned out the light wasn’t working as it should due to a malfunction of the ceiling fan hardware (had nothing to do with their work, the ceiling fan hardware itself that allowed the lights to dim was messed up and after I got a replacement fan and they installed it, it’s up and running beautifully!}. "The project went exceedingly well. We had 5 lights installed, 3 outside and 2 inside. The dining room light fixture was a custom installation which Ron did an exemplary job on. We also had a Transfer Switch installed for 10 circuits for when we have a power outage. We went with a portable generator set up, rather than a dedicated generator. A portable generator provides more flexibility on the farm. The Transfer Switch installation is pretty unobtrusive and works well for us. All in all, a very good experience for us and we would certainly hire Ron and Angela again for any electrical work."

I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now.
